We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Director to oversee and manage Kids Count. Work experience in the childcare field as well as required education levels needed for the position.
Responsibilities
- Part-time classroom Lead Teacher (as needed)
- Manage and supervise staff memebers effectively
- Promote and enroll new families
- Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of program
- Lead program development initiatives to enhance staff education and services provided to families
- Hire and train new staff

- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising staff
